Planning your special day? We're happy to make the marriage license process as easy and convenient as possible!
To help save you time and an extra trip to our office, we encourage you to complete your Marriage License Application online before coming in.
Once your online application has been submitted, one or both applicants should come to the St. Clair County Clerk's Office three days later with the required identification, documentation and license fee to complete the marriage license process.
Completing the application online ahead of time allows us to have your information ready when you arrive and helps make your visit quick, simple and convenient.
